Tissue Non-conductive Forceps are handcrafted with a smooth and durable, non-conductive nylon coating for electrosurgical procedures. Fully autoclavable, these forceps are available with either coated or exposed serrated, 1×2 teeth tips. Both an 8″ and 10″ model is available with a serrated handle. Insulated forceps feature a smooth, durable, non-conductive nylon coating for LEEP, LLETZ and other electrosurgical procedures. The blue nylon resists abrasion and provides excellent insulation. These instruments are fully autoclavable, and can come in patterns with either exposed or coated tips to accommodate a range of clinical needs. Each style is also available in a delicate pattern and at several different lengths for a comfortable grip. Tungsten carbide forceps feature tips made from tungsten carbide, the hardest metal made for surgical instruments. Precision-milled serrations are formed onto the tungsten carbide inserts, resulting in pyramid-shaped teeth that provide a non-slip grip. Pyramid-shaped teeth align perfectly with each other to provide a durable and reliable grasp of the most delicate or toughest tissues, as well as needles, sutures, dressing materials and delicate vessels. Smooth tungsten carbide inserts are also available for delicate procedures.
