Jacobson-Micro Mosquito Forceps have a very slender pattern with vertical serrations on the jaws and are typically used as hemostats to control bleeding in blood vessels. The slender pattern and smaller length of these forceps indicate that they are lightweight and allow the doctor to possess control of the instrument. Ophthalmic Zone presents a straight or curved 4" or 5" style of the forceps. While the straight tips can add to the length, the curved tips may be useful for extending around tissue.
