Adson Bipolar Forceps 1.0 mm tip, smooth jaw, 4-3/4" (12.0 cm) Adson Bipolar Forceps are designed to minimize heat and current while coagulating. For use during bipolar electrosurgical procedures, these forceps are designed with a 1.0 mm tip and a smooth jaw. Available in both insulated and insulated with irrigation. Just as with their standard counterparts, these forceps are the most common bipolar forcep model. Bipolar forceps are designed to control temperatures, minimize heat and current spread and reduce tissue sticking or charring while coagulating during bipolar electrosurgical procedures. They are available in a variety of styles that provide bipolar coagulating capabilities for a wide range of procedures: irrigating or non-irrigating (for flushing surgical site to improve visualization), with or without insulation (to eliminate conduction to surrounding tissues when performing deep procedures), straight or bayonet-shaped (to enhance visibility by keeping the surgeon's hand from the line of sight). Fenestrated handles, lightweight, 4-3/4" (12.1 cm) Adson Thumb Forceps with Fenestrated Handles are handcrafted from surgical grade German stainless steel. Available in a variety of forms: for dressings with a serrated platform or for tissue with a serrated platform and 1x2 teeth. This lightweight model is ideal for plastic surgery procedures or any other procedure where surgeon fatigue may pose an issue.

Jaws w/ atraumatic parallel serrations Allis Tissue Forceps contain jaws with atraumatic parallel serrations. These types of serrations are designed to eliminate damage caused to the tissue when trying to grasp or hold it during surgery. The adjustable ratchet ring-handle provides the forceps to be held in a locked position. This instrument is also presented with narrow or standard jaws with an option of 6" or 8" length.

Longitudinal serrations, 1x2 teeth, straight Allen-Kocher Artery and Intestinal Forceps are designed with longitudinal serrations on straight jaws. These ratchet ring-handled forceps also contain 1x2 teeth on the tips of the jaws that interlock in order to compress tissue in which blood is being depleted.
