Cuticle Scissors

The cuticle is the clear skin which grows along the bottom edge of your nail. This is different from the nail fold which surrounds the nail with a protective layer.

The cuticle can sometimes get in the way when applying polish or giving yourself a manicure. It must be eliminated with an appropriate instrument that won’t harm while giving the desired result.
